Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our loan products, including personal loans, home loans, business loans, and others. Build and maintain a strong database of leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales. Assess customer needs and provide suitable loan solutions while adhering to company policies and regulations. Educate customers about the features and benefits of various loan products. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals through effective communication and relationship-building. Prepare and maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the loan application process. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
