Must have excellent communication and leadership skill. Roles & Responsibilities - Ability to drive and achieve sales along with team as per organizational target Responsible for the team's calling customers regarding projects, giving presentation and completing sales. Providing Training and guidance to team as and when required. 1. Planning and Coordination: - Collaborating with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences. - Creating event schedules, layouts, and seating arrangements. - Coordinating with kitchen staff, service teams, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. 2. Team Supervision: - Managing and training banquet staff, including servers and setup crews. - Assigning duties and ensuring the team adheres to high service standards. 3. Event Setup and Execution: - Overseeing the setup of tables, chairs, decorations, and audiovisual equipment. - Ensuring everything is in place and meets the client’s specifications. 4. Client Relations: - Acting as the main point of contact during events. - Addressing client concerns or last-minute changes with professionalism. 5. Budget Management: - Preparing cost estimates and managing the banquet budget. - Ensuring the event stays within financial constraints while delivering quality service. 6. Health and Safety Compliance: - Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained. - Adhering to fire and safety regulations during event setups. 7. Post-Event Activities: - Conducting a post-event review to gather feedback. - Overseeing cleanup and ensuring the venue is ready for the next use.
