Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our packaging team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting packaging machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate packaging machines (fillers, sealers, wrappers, labeling machines, etc.) according to production schedules.
Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and machine efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to machines as needed.
Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and reduce waste.
Keep accurate records of production output and machine performance.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Communicate issues or concerns to supervisors promptly
Qualification: Any degree
Salary: 14k - 16.5k
