Job Title: HR Executive Location: Sahibabad Ghaziabad Salary: ₹18,000 to 20,000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage human resources functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, and basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding). Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up-to-date. Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Assist in drafting HR letters, offer letters, and notices. Support employee engagement activities and events. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Address employee queries and concerns promptly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR or related roles. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
