Job Title: Shop Cashier / Billing & Operations Executive Location: Gujarati Delight, Sector 76, Noida Working Days: 6 days a week (No weekly offs on weekends or festival days) Working Hours: 10:30 hours per day About Us:Gujarati Delight is a vibrant and fast-growing bakery store located in Sector 76, Noida. Job Role & Responsibilities:As a Cashier & Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:Sales & Billing:- Manage billing and cash counter using POS software- Handle cash, card, UPI transactions with accuracy- Generate daily sales reports and reconcile end-of-day accountsInventory & Indent Management:- Maintain stock inward/outward records- Prepare daily and weekly indents based on sales trends- Coordinate with the backend team for timely stock refillsCustomer Handling:- Greet and assist walk-in customers- Resolve queries related to products, pricing, and availability- Manage customer feedback and escalate issues when necessaryStore Operations & Display:- Ensure clean and attractive product display at all times- Organize racks, counters, and display cases- Monitor product shelf life and ensure FIFO (First In First Out) Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or food service (bakery/sweet shop preferred)- Basic computer and billing software knowledge (experience with Marg ERP is a plus)- Good communication and customer service skills- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work during peak days and festivalsCompensation:- Salary: As per experience and industry standards- Other benefits: Potential performance incentives and festival bonuses
