Job Description:
We are hiring Telecallers for our Insurance & Investment business in Delhi NCR. If you have good communication skills and a desire to grow in the finance industry, this is your opportunities
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain basic insurance and investment products (training will be provided).
Convert suspects into prospects and book qualified appointments.
Maintain follow-up and update CRM regularly.
Participate in on-ground marketing activities, events, and camps.
Work towards daily/weekly targets and achieve performance goals.
Be open to learning new skills and applying knowledge in daily tasks.
Key Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Confidence in speaking to customers on the phone
Target-oriented mindset
Willing to work flexible hours (if needed)
Open to marketing and field event participation (occasional)
Basic computer/mobile handling for call records
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary Package (₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month depending on experience)
Performance-based incentives (extra earnings every month)
Training provided – No prior insurance knowledge required
