Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the relationship with insurance consultants to meet sales targets, recruiting and training insurance consultants, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Daily tasks include monitoring sales progress, providing ongoing coaching, and developing sales strategies to increase business. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in sales management and a proven track record of meeting sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to recruit, train, and motivate insurance consultants Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is a plus
