Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Thousand lights. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making inbound calls to potential customers, providing customer support, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales. The individual will also need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and achieve sales targets as defined by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor completion.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills.
- Proficiency in Tamil, English, Malayalam is required.
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus.
