Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting F&B Support Experts – Commis de rang for our ROOM SERVICE to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service mainly in the Room Service, but you may be supporting any of our four outlets. Collect trays and trolleys from guest rooms within the expected timeframe while respecting guest privacy. Keep the Room Service pantry, workstations, and equipment clean and organized.
