- 负责日常物流操作，包括订单发运安排、运输跟进及异常处理
- 对接并协调本地物流商、快递公司及第三方服务商，确保配送时效与服务质量
- 跟进物流状态，及时处理延误、丢件、破损等异常情况
- 协助管理退货及逆向物流流程，提升客户体验
- 维护并更新物流相关数据，确保系统信息准确
- 协助物流费用核对、结算及成本分析
- 与仓库、客服及总部供应链团队保持高效沟通，支持整体履约效率提升
- 定期整理并汇报物流运营数据及KPI表现
任职资格：
- 大专及以上学历，物流管理、供应链或相关专业优先
- 3 - 5年物流、运输或供应链相关工作经验，有欧洲或海外物流经验者优先
- 熟悉物流操作流程及基础运输管理逻辑
- 具备良好的数据意识，能够使用Excel等工具进行基础分析
- 工作细致、责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力与执行力
- 能适应多任务、快节奏的工作环境
语言要求：
中文和意大利语可作为日常工作语言，具备英语沟通能力者优先。

Position: Logistics Specialist – Italy
Location: Italy (On-site)
About the Role：
We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to support logistics and delivery operations in Italy and across Europe. This role works closely with warehouses, logistics partners, and HQ teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, transportation efficiency, and continuous improvement in logistics performance.
Key Responsibilities：
- Manage daily logistics operations, including shipment arrangements, transportation tracking, and exception handling
- Coordinate with local carriers, couriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure service quality and on-time delivery
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve issues such as delays, damages, or lost parcels
- Support return and reverse logistics processes to improve customer experience
- Maintain accurate logistics data and system records.
- Assist with freight cost reconciliation, billing checks, and basic cost analysis
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, customer service, and HQ supply chain teams
- Prepare and report logistics performance data and KPIs on a regular basis
Qualifications：
- Associate degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations; EU or overseas experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of logistics processes and transportation operations
- Strong attention to detail with basic data analysis skills (Excel or similar tools)
- Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and execution ability
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Language Requirements：
Italian: Professional working proficiency
Chinese and Italian can be used as working languages; proficiency in English is a plus.
Nice to Have：
Experience in e-commerce, cross-border logistics, overseas warehouses, or 3PL environments
Familiarity with Italian or European logistics networks and transportation regulations
Experience with logistics systems.
