Recruitment Consultant (m/f).

Your Responsibilities

• Develop loyalty by building credibility and fostering trust with clients and candidates

• Participate in the development of the company by prospecting new clients

• Be creative in order to always adapt your position and your methods with the market needs

• Actively maintaining your network of candidates by using social media and new technologies

• Offer high quality services to our clients and advise them on their recruitment needs

• Analyze the client’s needs and develop appropriated solutions and range of services

• Increase our database in searching and selecting new profiles

Your Profile

• You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or business development

• You have a strong sales-attitude and excellent communication skills

• You are confident with new technologies and social media

• You are client-focused and you have a positive approach

• You are well-organized and multi-tasking with analytical ability

• You are flexible, positive, proactive, persevering and enthusiastic

• You are able to work in a team as well as independently

• You are fluent in French and you have a good level in English. Any other language will be considered as an asset
