Role Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Therapists to join our international network. This is a fully remote role where you will provide virtual therapy to clients worldwide, matched to you based on your expertise, language, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, or groups
• Assess client needs and create personalized treatment plans
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.
• Maintain confidential and accurate client records in our secure platform
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed
• Provide culturally sensitive and client-centered care

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Active professional license or certification in your country of practice (where applicable)
• Strong communication, empathy, and cultural competence
• Comfortable with delivering therapy via online platforms
• Experience in evidence-based practices preferred

Compensation

• You set your own session fees
• We charge a 10% platform fee for operational support; 90% of the session fee goes to you
• No monthly or hidden charges
