Trainee - Structured Finance and Syndication. Description Founded in 1856, Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) is the oldest multi-business bank in the Grand Duchy. It has played an active role in the main stages of development of the Luxembourg economy. It currently operates in retail, private and corporate banking, as well as on the financial markets. Employing more than 2,000 people, BIL is present in the financial centres of Luxembourg, Switzerland (since 1984), Denmark (since 2000), the Middle East (since 2005) and Sweden (since 2016). Responsibilities Responsibilities: The candidate will work closely with the senior originators to support the origination and structuring of syndicated loans (LBO/Corporate financing, Real Estate Financing) The internship will take place in our headquarters in Luxembourg with the possibility of attending project presentations organized internally and externally   Main tasks: Analysis of lending opportunities Financial simulations and modeling support for Business Plan Writing lending memos, preparation of credit information memorandum Debt transaction execution, including assistance in the elaboration of transaction documents Liaising with technical professionals (internally and externally)   Skills to acquire: Strategic and financial analysis Financial modeling Capacity of autonomy, management and business view   Must Have Requirements Master's degree in Finance/ Business Administration / Engineering + Business (or related degrees) Full commitment and dedication Fluent in English and French, other languages will be considered as an asset Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Tool A first significant experience (6 months minimum) in investment banking, private equity, consulting, structured finance or tran...
