Job Purpose: The role will mainly cover client money operations, clients’ analysis and financial reporting. As part of the development of the company, a new subsidiary opens in Luxembourg in order to cover the European Union and the member countries of the European Economic Area for both retails and professionals' clients. Main duties: Ensure that all client deposits/withdrawals are processed accurately, in accordance with company requirements, in a timely manner. Perform daily client money reconciliation for review by Finance Manager. Liaise with support desks in order to resolve client deposit/withdrawal queries. Liaise with banking relationship contacts in order to resolve client deposit/withdrawal queries. Run daily reports, using internal back office system, and banking/broking websites. Post daily journals using internal SUN accounting system. Produce daily bank/broker/payment providers’ reconciliations, to be reviewed by Finance Manager. Assist Finance Manager with other ad-hoc finance tasks, such as reporting or producing management information. Participate in the elaboration of CSSF reports, VAT declaration. Enhance policies and procedures in the Finance department.
