ENTITY: Holding Corporate COUNTRY: Luxembourg POSITION:Senior IT-Support DEPARTMENT: IT HIRING DATE: asap As an experienced IT-Support, reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be in charge of supporting the end users with technical IT problems related to software and hardware products, software programs or systems, in order to guarantee continuity within the organization. Tasks: Your main responsibilities will be: Provide support through incident management system and telephone to users to ensure that a fast and user-friendly service can be offered. Follow-up the service desk incidents and look for efficient solutions to solve incidents Resolve current connectivity issues, access problems including password reset Provide support for video conference, IP communication, Online meetings, e-mails Replace/maintain hardware components Escalate incidents to next level specialist if necessary Ensure proper execution of administrative tasks related to the Windows environment, telephony and network infrastructure in order to solve problems more quickly without having to escalate to higher levels. Install and/or replace defective components Ensure proper cabling Follow up hardware replacements and interventions by third parties Keep local spare stock managed and documented Assist with the installation, configuration, optimization and troubleshooting of IT backend components Monitor and report performance and availability of the systems to the Service Delivery Managers Map out and report continuously reoccurring problems to the IT team Lead and incident manager and offer support when searching for solutions to ensure that problems can be avoided.
