As member of the Fund Administration team, you will focus on following responsibilities: Bank Account Administration and Cash management: Administration of bank accounts: opening/closing, set-up and training of new users Manage the account bank network across Europe, monitor the level of services, control and negotiate applicable fees Supervise and enhance the production of reporting tools such as weekly cash reports for the funds Fund Administration: Supervise the monitoring process of corporate invoices: input/approval/settlement. Support the team in monitoring intercompany balances, updating the related interest calculations and providing local accountants with reporting instructions.
