Sales Development Manager (m/f).

Description of the open position

-In addition to the good sense of business that the candidate must have, understanding our activity/application fields, technologies, and offered services are strongly required.

-In charge of the commercial management of Sponsor requests (response to client requests, preparation of quote estimates, compilation of client contracts, planning discussions)

-Handle prospecting activities to raise the awareness of the companies towards the prospective customers community and to find new clients / partners.-Ensure maintenance of good & close clients’ relationships.

-Take part in wording, design, and updates of all the external communication material (PowerPoint presentations, website, technical datasheets, brochures, etc...) as well as the graphical chart.

Carry out the competitive intelligence survey.

-Propose and take part in, the implementation of a marketing plan (targets, pricing,actions plan, choice and organization of events, medias, etc.) according to corporate objectives and based on market analysis (external studies and internal information).

-This position is based in Luxembourg.

In addition, this position includes travels abroad.Education & professional experience

-This employment requires a minimum of Bachelor degree.

-A minimum of 3years of professional experience in business development is required.

-A perfect fluency in Russian, Ukrainian, Poland and English are required.

French is an advantage.Skills&Abilities

-Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are necessary.

-Dynamic, with a strong team spirit.

-To diligently and professionaly manage his/her accounts.

-Mastering the necessary computer tools for the position is required: Microsoft Office.
