Harlequin Floors is an international group operating in the manufacture and supply of floors which are preferred by dancers and performers at the world’s leading venues, including Paris Opera Ballet, the Royal Opera House, the Bolshoi Theatre, Beijing Cultural Centre and many more faithful clients. For the Luxembourg office covering operations throughout Europe, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated person, who will be assigned responsibilities covering administrative and accounting tasks. With a junior profile, an accounting experience or background is however required, and knowledge of an accounting tool expected. VAT knowledge is a strong asset, and good practice of excel will be valued. Also, local team working language is usually French but English - both written and spoken - is a daily must given international operations. Curious and flexible, he/she will be a team player, communicating regularly and ensuring statuses, as he will work under the supervision of experienced collaborators. He/she will be organized, autonomous and proactive. Resistant to pressure, capable of multitasking and managing priorities plus deadlines, the person will be taking responsibility of tasks assigned and will deal with them with rigor and detail orientation. Offices are in Luxembourg City. This person will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm (1 hour of lunch break). Part time...
