Due to the continued expansion of our banking activities, we are looking for a: HR specialist, Labor and immigration law (M/F) (Human Resources Department) Job purpose: As a part of a successful and growing international team, you will be responsible for advising the HR department on labor and immigration law matters as well as ensuring a HR legal watch. With a well established global network and strong reputation, this job opportunity will allow you to develop a career within our fast growing international Bank. Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following: Provide legal advice and solutions in the form of notes and opinions related to immigration and labor law including ABBL convention. Ensure a legal watch, undertake research and conduct studies on HR legal issues and updates. Represent the bank as an agent before the immigration office and HR related parties. Make sure visas and work permit applications are complete and processed in due time. Be able to draft/modify HR-related policies and procedures, which should comply with local law and market practices; In charge of other legal related HR projects and other tasks as assigned by the head of the department.
