Responsible for ensuring that region administration requirements are met including employee compensation, forecasting, credit, employee expense reporting, price quoting, sales tracking, sales reporting, automation, territory realignments, annual profit plan and complaint handling Being the link between the company, concession and final clients for leading and implementing the commercial strategy on the assigned zone. Lead the sales budgets, marketing improvements, new developments of each one of the zones and stores. Runs budgets of 10 million and handles accounts of 2 million, depending on the project, strategy, and zone or if it is going to be nationally implemented. Personalizes strategies and handles corporative agreements. Manages agreements and sales with hospitality according to their needs and expectations. Maintains work relationships with different areas of the company according to the specific needs of clients and concessionaires. This position has four fieldwork days and one of home office for administrative activities.
