We are looking for a talented professional for our Laboratory located in Mexico. What are you accountable for achieving? Leverage education, industry knowledge, and business acumen to effectively serve as a Scientific Advisor. Provide high-quality training for the end users so that they possess the sufficient medical and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner. Provide in-depth scientific and/or clinical presentations to customers via in-person or remote engagements. Address specific customer needs by responding to requests about our marketed and developing products. Review and report on test results to ordering clinicians and clinics. Work with internal teams to help proactively address market needs and develop relevant educational materials and support used to educate and promote awareness. Think strategically and remain aware of market demands, interests and potential future evolutions. Requirements: Master of Science at minimum, PhD preferred. Successful experience in securing relationships in IVF or embryology fields, and/or previous experience in genetic testing in women’s health. Ability to translate highly detailed, technical information is easy to understand concepts for a variety of end users. Committed to ongoing scientific learning and development within the industry. Effectively communicate, present, and work at all levels of an organization. Ability to track and measure efforts as they relate to reaching target goals. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Highly organized, strategic thinking, and close attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure with tact and finesse. Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize a fluctuating workload flow.
