Are you an experienced assistant with a passion for digital tools and a desire to use your knowledge to help others grow? Have you always wanted to guide others toward future-proof roles? Then we have the perfect freelance opportunity for you at Peacy. Peacy is a consultancy and training company that helps businesses develop future skills. We investigate the gap between the current and desired skills of assistants and help them bridge that gap through targeted training. In November 2025, we will launch a major project to upskill assistants in digital tools. For this, we are looking for freelance trainers who can guide and inspire our trainees. What will you do? As a freelance trainer at Peacy, you will guide assistants who want to improve their skills and transition into future-proof roles. You will teach them the right digital tools, help them grow in their work, and ensure they can confidently apply their new skills. The training program consists of various components, ensuring the content is delivered step by step in a manageable way. Before starting as a trainer at Peacy, you will first complete an intensive upskilling program. In this program, you will not only develop your digital skills (such as using the latest digital tools) but also be trained in trainer techniques. This ensures you not only learn the tools but also how to effectively guide and train others. After completing the internal course, you will begin working with the assistants, helping them transition into future-proof roles. What are we looking for? HBO level of work and thinking Minimum of 5 years of experience as a secretary or assistant Strong social and communication skills Availability of at least 8 hours per week (from January 2026) Availability for 4 hours on Saturday mornings for two months, starting from November 1, 2025, for training Willingness to work as a freelancer and be registered with the Chamber of Commerce A passion for digital tools and a drive to help others grow What do we offer?
