Daily duties
Greet customers, present menus, and answer questions about menu items and specials.
Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
Serve prepared food and drinks to customers at their tables.
Check on customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meal and service.
Handle customer payments, including calculating bills and processing cash or credit card transactions.
Keep the dining area clean, which includes clearing and resetting tables.
