Medical Office Administrators are responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of Perfetto Salud Integral by performing administrative duties such as, but not limited to:
Primary Functions:
Manage the medical office staff.
Manage all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, correspondence and faxes.
Draft, file and review documents, such as receipts, reports, memos, spreadsheets and other administrative documents.
File and organize documents, both physical and digital, including emails, receipts, reports and other administrative documents.
Coordinate and schedule business meetings, interviews, appointments, corporate events and other related activities.
Schedule and monitor patient appointments.
Maintain the electronic medical record.
Oversee billing and coding processes.
Interact with clients and third parties, manage their files and resolve their complaints or handle their requests effectively.
Take care of the overall coordination of the office and resolve any administrative issues or requirements.
Perform accounting, including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, bank reconciliations, remittances and financial reporting.
Manage inventory of medical supplies
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Maintain a clean and orderly office.
File, organize, store and review all types of documents.
Order supplies and arrange for maintenance or repair of office equipment.
Process and record information by updating databases or computer files.
Schedule and supervise patient appointments.
Ensure efficiency of overall office operations by monitoring daily workflow and delegating tasks among staff members.
Oversee budgets for each project and deadlines.
Prepare presentations, proposals and reports.
Computer proficiency and experience with electronic medical records.
Maintain your work area in a clean and orderly manner.
