Role Overview Customer Support is at the heart of their business—helping hoteliers deliver great guest experiences by resolving queries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. The role requires quickly understanding and troubleshooting issues while maintaining a warm, patient approach that builds trust and customer loyalty. The successful candidate will join a global support team, with a focus on providing exceptional service to German-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support • Provide professional, personalised responses to hotelier queries via email, phone, and online discussion forums., • Deliver world-class customer experiences by actively listening, responding promptly, and anticipating future needs., • Escalate queries to internal teams through established processes and follow up to ensure resolution., • Meet daily and weekly engagement targets for customer satisfaction and retention. Retention & Service Recovery • Collaborate with the Implementation Team to ensure a smooth handover of new client accounts to support., • Engage with dissatisfied clients empathetically, aiming to resolve concerns and turn them into promoters., • Identify and address signals that a client may be considering leaving, working with internal teams to prioritise their needs.
