About the project:
You will be providing services for the users of an online pinboard for graphics and photographs with optional social networking and visual search engine capabilities that facilitate sharing across various hobbies, interests, and shopping tips. Registered users can create pinboards, and other users can also share ("repin") and comment on these images.
Your Responsibilities:

Content moderation of German-language content;
Written customer contact via email, in both German and English;
Deleting and blocking content, as well as filtering, organizing, and evaluating information;
Content management to prevent certain aspects of internet crime;
Removal of content that violates ethical and legal requirements;
Content to be deleted includes, among others, violence, sexual content, or hate messages.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Fluency in German (must be at least C1)
Communicative level of English (at least B2)
You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
