Must have at least 2+ years experience with jobbing and alteration with firm knowledge of NYC building code. Valid and clean NYS Diver's License. Thorough knowledge of N.Y.C. Knowledge of boilers, water heaters, and heating systems is a major plus. Duties and Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings and drainage systems Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. Follow building plans and blueprints from beginning to end Respond to requests, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems. Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.
