JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer with internet access Quiet work space away from distractions Must be able and comfortable working in an environment without immediate supervision Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions. Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not needed but can be a bonus The position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting Software Proficiency: Utilizing various software applications and tools for data entry, management, and reporting, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and specialized database software Qualifications Quiet work space away from distractions Must be able and comfortable to work in an environment without immediate supervision Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions Perform data entry in EMR Prepare information for data entry Perform high volume data entry work Perform data entry of new applications Delete data entry errors and enter corrections Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties Established for each client for data entry Review and verify data prior to entry Perform daily audits and data entry corrections
