In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data, ensuring smooth operations and reliable information. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately enter and update data across various databases and software applications., • Conduct thorough reviews and verifications to ensure data accuracy and completeness., • Organize and maintain comprehensive data files for easy retrieval and efficient utilization., • Support in generating reports and summaries based on data inputs., • Effectively communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and address issues., • Uphold strict compliance with data confidentiality requirements. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in data management or a related field is a plus., • Demonstrable experience in data entry or administrative positions., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with database systems., • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to identify errors swiftly., • Strong time management skills and a track record of meeting deadlines consistently., • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
