Job Description Retail Sales Representative Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20/hour + monthly commission Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week Total Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance Work Location: In person Overview JOIN one of the fastest-growing telecommunications companies in the country! We are currently hiring Retail Sales Representatives who are energetic, driven, and eager to succeed. This role is best for someone with customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales. The ideal candidate must be comfortable actively engaging customers, recommending products and services, upselling, cross-selling, and working toward sales and commission goals in a fast-paced retail store environment. Who We Are We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications – a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Product Knowledge • Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively., • Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services., • Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages., • Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities., • Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations., • Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers. Customer Experience • Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience., • Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty., • Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals. Team & Organizational Success • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts., • Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture., • Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation., • Must be able to work in person at the assigned retail store location. Requirements • Must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons. Wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales experience is strongly preferred., • Must have a high school diploma or GED., • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays., • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
