We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Alterations Specialist with a passion for fashion. This role involves altering clothing to meet customer specifications and ensuring a perfect fit while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Perform alterations on various garments, including dresses, suits, and casual wear., • Utilize sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques to execute alterations accurately., • Measure clients and assess garment fit for necessary adjustments., • Provide style recommendations to enhance fit and appearance., • Maintain a clean and organized workspace., • Collaborate with the retail team to ensure customer satisfaction., • Uphold high standards of quality control for finished garments. Qualifications: • Previous experience in fashion retail or alterations preferred., • Proficient in using sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques., • Strong understanding of garment construction., • Basic math skills for accurate measurements., • Excellent customer service skills and effective communication., • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work., • Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
