Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Assistant to help grow our online presence. You will assist in managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with our audience to boost brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities: - Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner. - Track and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth). - Research trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to optimize content. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with campaigns. Requirements & Qualifications: - Proven experience managing social media platforms (personal or professional). - Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing knowledge is a plus. - Strong written communication and creativity. - Ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies accordingly. Compensation:
