We are seeking an experienced automotive master technician to join our team. This is not an entry-level position; the ideal candidate can diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns, identify root causes, and take pride in completing repairs correctly. Responsibilities • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs., • Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, cooling, starting, and charging systems., • Use professional scan tools and diagnostic equipment., • Conduct vehicle inspections and safety evaluations., • Follow manufacturer procedures and industry best practices., • Communicate findings with the service team., • Work independently while supporting and mentoring other technicians. Requirements • 7+ years of professional automotive repair experience., • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills., • Experience with modern vehicle systems., • Proficiency with professional hand and power tools., • Ability to work independently and efficiently., • Valid driver’s license., • ASE Master certification preferred, but not required., • Domestic, Asian, and European vehicle experience is a plus., • New Jersey State Inspection experience is a plus.
