Pearl East, a well-established and highly regarded restaurant on Long Island, is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality, consistency, and presentation, and who can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Schedule: • Sunday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM, • Saturday: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM, • One day off per week Responsibilities: • Prepare sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls with precision and consistency, • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness, • Manage fish preparation and ingredient quality, • Ensure beautiful presentation of dishes, • Work efficiently during busy service hours, • Maintain an organized sushi station Qualifications: • Prior experience as a sushi chef required, • Strong knife skills and knowledge of fish preparation, • Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality, • Reliable, punctual, and professional, • Team player with a positive attitude About Pearl East: Pearl East is a long-standing restaurant known for its high-quality cuisine and loyal clientele.
