We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Master Barber to join our team of talented stylists and barbers. This energetic role requires a passionate professional who excels in hair styling, beard trimming, and barbering techniques, while delivering exceptional customer service. As a Master barber, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of sanitation, providing expert consultations to clients, and punctual reliability. Must know how to cut and style all types of hair and shaves. Duties Deliver expert barbering services such as straight razor shaves, beard trimming, and grooming consultations Help open and close the shop. This can include clean up and making towels. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards across all stations in compliance with health regulations. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of salon practices Proven experience in hair styling and barbering techniques including straight razors. Exceptional communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively Demonstrated ability to lead store operations, manage appointments, and oversee retail sales processes Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to hair care Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while delivering outstanding customer service Pay is dependant on skill level. Can start at 200 plus ability to earn an extra hundred in tips easily! English is a must! Commission only available to the highest skilled applicant. Qualifications • Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with eyelash extension training., • Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail and precision., • Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and provide exceptional guest services., • Knowledge of sanitation practices, including proper sterilization of tools and workspaces., • Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is preferred., • Experience with social media management for marketing promotions is a plus., • Additional skills in related areas such as body waxing, makeup application, hair styling, or nail care are advantageous. Overview Join our team as a Brow & Lash Artist! Your artistry and passion for beauty will elevate our clients’ confidence and style! In this dynamic role, you will deliver natural brow and lash services, such as expert brow shaping, brow lamination and tints, and lash lifts and tints, and a variety of esthetic services that enhance natural beauty. Responsibilities Perform expert brow shaping, tinting and laminations utilizing our precision mapping and color matching technique. Perform effective lash lifts and tinting using latest techniques. Provide exceptional guest services by understanding client needs, offering product recommendations, and upselling services or retail products. Ensure client records are completed accurately in a timely manner. Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to health regulations during all procedures. Manage appointment scheduling using acuity scheduling or other studio software efficiently to maximize client flow. Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and foster community engagement. Support front desk operations by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Stay current on industry trends to continually improve service offerings. Support other team members as needed. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required. Experience providing brow and lash services, or other related esthetic services preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals. Knowledge of sanitation practices and health regulations within a salon or spa environment. Background in customer service is highly desirable.
