Responsibilities- Greet and welcome salon guests Prep clients for their appointments ( shampoo, color applications, etc.) Maintain a clean organized salon environment Offer beverages and snacks to salon guests during their appointment Provide support during salon events and workshops Assist in retail sales and product knowledge Social Media Marketing Influence Training Classes provided all year round for those that are 32+hours a week. Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent Enrolled in Cosmotology School or have a License in Cosmetology Customer service a plus Strong passion for the beauty industry and willingness to learn. Detail-orientated with the ability to multitask Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Flexible availability A friendly and positive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
