*Patient Service Specialist - OnSite * Annandale, VA 22003 $19/hour • Greet patients, manage checkin and checkout, and complete full patient registration., • Schedule followup appointments and handle daily front desk workflow., • Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to patients., • Verify insurance information and assist with general patient inquiries., • Enter and update documentation and physician notes in the EMR system., • Support clinicians by multitasking between patient needs, phone calls, and administrative tasks., • Customer service experience (required), • Medical or healthcare office experience is preferred but not required, • Insurance verification, • Patient registration, • EMR proficiency, • Medical terminology, • Patient checkin/checkout, • Medicaid or insurance knowledge, • Prior authorization experience, • Medical, dental & vision, • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital, • 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available, • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents), • Short and long-term disability, • Health Spending Account (HSA), • Transportation benefits, • Employee Assistance Program We're partners in transformation.
