About the Role: The A/R-A/P Specialist plays a critical role in managing and processing the organization's financial obligations to vendors/suppliers accurately and according to pre-arranged terms. This position ensures that all invoices are reviewed, verified, and entered into the accounting system in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with vendors by addressing their payment inquiries and helping to resolve any payment discrepancies. The A/P Specialist also supports month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to provide clear visibility into outstanding liabilities. The A/R-A/P Specialist also serves a critical function ensuring the timely collection of outstanding customer invoices.
