As a Private Jet Sales Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients seeking tailored charter solutions. You will manage the full sales and service cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to sourcing aircraft options and overseeing each trip through completion. Success in this role comes from confidence, attention to detail, strong communication, and a drive to exceed targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, • Develop a strong network of industry and business contacts, • Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, networking, and meetings, • Manage charter requests from initial inquiry through flight completion, • Source suitable aircraft solutions and communicate options clearly and confidently, • Provide high-touch service to discerning clients with urgent and complex travel needs, • Monitor active flights and help ensure every journey runs smoothly, • Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service and meet revenue goals, • Confident communication and polished phone manner, • Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient approach to sales, • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to absorb industry knowledge quickly and apply it effectively, • Coachable mindset and collaborative team spirit, • Structured onboarding with professional training and one-on-one mentoring, • International training opportunity with travel expenses covered, • Supportive environment that encourages both independent performance and teamwork, • Base salary paid during training period, • Competitive base salary of $65,000 USD plus 10% uncapped commission, • 20 days of PTO plus paid sick time, • 12 paid public holidays, • Additional paid leave for special life events and personal milestones, • Health, dental, and vision insurance options, • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match, • Life insurance, • Paid maternity and paternity leave, • Collaborative culture with team events and social outings
