The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a clean and welcoming café environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take beverage or food orders. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other specialty beverages. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and correctly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and workstation. Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure freshness of ingredients. Handle cash register operations, process payments, and provide accurate change. Answer customer questions and make recommendations based on preferences. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines. Support team members and assist in general café duties as needed.
