Job DescriptionJob Title: Contract Recruiter Location: Elizabeth, NJ (Onsite) Pay Rate: $55/hour Duration: 1 year Contract Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Contract Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and recruiting within engineering environments. This is an urgent need for a hands-on recruiter who can quickly support hiring demands in a fast-paced, operational setting. Experience supporting roles within port, logistics, transportation, or industrial environments is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles, • Proactively source and pipeline qualified candidates using various tools and platforms, • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines, • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements, • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes efficiently, • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation within the ATS, • Provide market insights and recommendations to support hiring strategyQualifications:, • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on engineering or technical roles, • Strong sourcing capabilities; must be comfortable building pipelines from scratch, • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments, • Work closely with Hiring Managers, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • Ability to work onsite in Elizabeth, NJAdditional Details:, • Immediate start preferred, • Contract role with potential for extension based on business needsPay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour Search managed by: Tracy Galarza Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
