The Car Wash Leader oversees daily operations, manages staff schedules, and ensures that all equipment is functioning properly to maximize productivity. Additionally, this role involves training and motivating team members to achieve performance goals and uphold company policies. Ultimately, the Car Wash Leader drives customer satisfaction and operational excellence, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the business. Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent., • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail or service environment., • Basic knowledge of car wash equipment and cleaning procedures., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Experience specifically in car wash operations or automotive services., • Certification in workplace safety or first aid., • Familiarity with inventory management and scheduling software., • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team effectively., • Supervise and coordinate daily car wash operations to ensure timely and quality service delivery., • Lead, train, and motivate a team of car wash attendants to maintain high performance and customer service standards., • Assists with staff scheduling, and task assignments to optimize workforce efficiency., • Monitor and maintain car wash equipment, reporting any maintenance needs or malfunctions promptly., • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to provide a safe working environment., • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order materials as needed to support operations. The Car Wash Leader utilizes strong leadership and communication skills daily to guide and support their team, ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities. Problem-solving skills are essential for addressing operational challenges and customer concerns promptly and effectively. Organizational skills are applied to manage schedules, inventory, and maintenance tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and resource availability. Technical skills related to car wash equipment operation and maintenance help in monitoring and troubleshooting machinery to minimize downtime. Additionally, customer service skills are critical in fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth. Monday -Friday 10-7 (with one weekday off), Sat- 9-6, Sun- off
