Job Description Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. (In New Century, KS, Lebanon, TN, and Rockford, IL – we do business as: Olathe Millworks, Warren Brother Sash & Door, River City Millworks respectfully.) Position: We are growing and seeking a Delivery Driver (CDL B)/ Warehouse Associate, You will use your CDL B license to deliver products to our customers. In addition, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, unloading, and storing material, as well as picking and loading product for customer orders. What’s in it for you: • Pay: $23-28/hr. based upon experience, • Shift Times: 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., • Competitive Medical – Dental – Vision, • Corporate Wellness & Appreciation Programs, • 401(k) Traditional & Roth with Match, • Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays, • Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, • Offload trucks with materials from our vendor, and load trucks with product to ship to our customers., • Operate a forklift; forklift operator experience and certification is a plus!, • Ensure that material loaded for delivery matches customer orders., • Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies, • Lift extremely heavy, awkward products (up to 50-100 pounds with a helper) repeatedly to store and load onto a truck., • History of being a truck driver, delivery driver, and especially experience with a Class B CDL or Class A CDL., • Interest in working for a company that values hard work and loyalty., • Strong physical stamina – this role requires a lot of physical activity., • Highly organized and self-motivated – you should be a self-starter who doesn’t require constant supervision. This whole area looks great as well and everything works, • Experienced driver with a Class B driver's license (CDL B) and medical card, • Able to pass drug test, background, Clearinghouse and motor vehicle pre-employment screen, • Required to pass a driving test., • Must be able to pass a physical examination as required by the U. S.
