The Country School Teacher provides individualized, standards-aligned instruction to students with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a structured, supportive educational environment. This role is responsible for implementing IEPs, delivering differentiated instruction, and utilizing effective behavior supports to promote student growth across academic, functional, social, and behavioral domains. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, the teacher ensures compliance with educational requirements while fostering a safe, engaging, and therapeutic classroom environment. This position also plays a key leadership role by guiding instructional staff and supporting the overall success and well-being of students.
