Ensure all services are performed safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and outstanding service. Manage appointment schedules, prepare workstations before each service, and maintain accurate client records when necessary. Skills Proficiency with salon management software such as MINDBODY for appointment booking and client management. Expertise in various hair care techniques including coloring, extensions, straight razor shaving, hair threading, and makeup application. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Excellent communication skills for effective client consultation and building lasting relationships. Experience working in the beauty industry with a solid understanding of cosmetology principles and color theory. Ability to perform retail math for upselling products confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
