About the Role Origin Biologics is a leading allograft manufacturer supplying MedTech companies with private-label tissue products manufactured to their exact specifications. This is a full-time onsite position based in Las Vegas, Nevada This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of commercial, operations, regulatory, design, and finance. You will be the primary and ongoing point of contact for your accounts, ensuring clients are set up correctly, their needs are met, and the relationship runs smoothly well beyond their first order. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the dedicated and ongoing point of contact for assigned MedTech clients, owning the relationship from signed agreement through onboarding and into the full account lifecycle, • Coordinate and manage client-specific product specification reviews, including tissue type, processing parameters, dimensions, and labeling requirements, working closely with R&D and operations to validate feasibility, • Lead all private-label artwork and packaging design activity, acting as the internal design resource to create and iterate on product labels, working directly with clients on artwork approvals and coordinating with an external designer to deliver finished packaging that meets both client brand standards and FDA labeling requirements, • Develop a thorough understanding of each client's commercial terms, including pricing, order minimums, and lead times as set by the commercial team and manage the setup of new customer accounts in the ERP and order management systems accordingly, • Build and maintain a customer-specific process flow for each account that clearly documents the revenue recognition pathway: defining what triggers invoicing, when payment is expected (e.g. on shipment, on storage release, or on invoice), and how the process is communicated to and agreed with the client, ensuring finance has clear, account-level visibility into each arrangement, • Serve as the custodian of all executed Supply Agreements and related commercial documentation — maintaining organized, accessible records and ensuring that accounting and finance teams can readily access the relevant agreements for each account, • Maintain Origin Biologics' website with current state tissue bank licenses, registrations, and relevant accreditation information, and respond to client requests for this documentation via email in a timely and accurate manner, • Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries, directing requests to the appropriate internal department, including Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Finance, and ensuring timely follow-through on responses, • Track and manage purchase order receipt for each account, monitor PO delivery timelines, and proactively communicate updates to clients as needed, • Track potential revenue on a monthly basis across all assigned accounts, maintaining current and accurate pipeline visibility for internal reporting, • Monitor client ordering activity against submitted forecasts, flagging meaningful drops in demand or orders that exceed forecasted volumes to the appropriate internal stakeholders, • Liaise with Operations on an ongoing basis to ensure manufacturing output is pacing appropriately with client forecasts and demand, surfacing any risk of under- or over-production in a timely manner, • Coordinate with Finance and Accounting upon order fulfillment to initiate the invoicing process, ensuring billing is triggered accurately and on time in accordance with each client's agreed payment terms, • Conduct onboarding kick-off calls and regular account check-ins, maintaining clear timelines, action logs, and milestone tracking throughout onboarding and beyond, • Continuously improve onboarding workflows, account documentation templates, and client-facing processes to reduce time-to-first-order and strengthen long-term client retention Requirements • 3+ years of experience in account management, client onboarding, implementation, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within MedTech, medical devices, or other FDA-regulated manufacturing environments, • Hands-on experience with graphic design or artwork production, comfortable working in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools to create and manage print-ready label and packaging files, • Familiarity with FDA-regulated manufacturing environments; experience with tissue banking, allograft products, or Class II/III medical devices is a strong advantage, • Understanding of private-label or OEM supply relationships and the commercial and regulatory dynamics involved, • Financially literate, able to understand revenue recognition concepts, invoice terms, and payment workflows, and translate these into clear, client-specific process documentation, • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent accounts across different stages simultaneously, • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to translate technical and regulatory requirements into clear client-facing language, • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, quality, regulatory affairs, and finance teams, • Proficiency with ERP or order management systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, or similar);
