Position Overview A private family is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Administrative Assistant t to support a private UHNW family across multiple residences. This role will assists with day-to-day personal and household administration, errands, logistics, and travel coordination. The ideal candidate is very tech savvy, detail-oriented, discreet, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced private household environment while taking direction from the House Manager. Key Responsibilities Household & Personal Support • Assist with daily errands including shopping, pickups, deliveries, and returns, • Manage orders, track packages, and coordinate exchanges or returns as needed, • Support organization and principals of household items, supplies, and inventories across residences, • Assist with ad hoc requests from family members and household staff Administrative Support • Provide administrative support under the direction of the House Manager, • Help manage and organize household records, receipts, and documentation, • Assist with vendor coordination, scheduling, and service appointments, • Maintain task lists and ensure follow-through on assigned projects Travel Coordination • Assist with booking and coordinating domestic and international travel logistics, • Research and arrange flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries, • Track travel details and prepare itineraries for family members, • Communicate with House Manager on scheduling details Multi-Property Support • Provide support across multiple residences as directed, • Assist with coordinating logistics between properties Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in personal assistant, administrative, hospitality, or similar support role, • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, • High level of discretion and professionalism, • Strong communication skills, • Comfortable working in a dynamic private household environment, • Ability to travel between residences as required, • Valid driver’s license preferred Preferred Qualities • Service-oriented mindset, • Flexible schedule and willingness to assist with urgent requests, • Tech-savvy with familiarity in travel booking tools and task management systems, • Experience working in private households or family offices is a plus
