The role may also involve operating machinery and tools under supervision. Qualifications Physical strength and stamina for manual labor tasks Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment Experience in construction or related field is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA certification is beneficial High school diploma or equivalent
