The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and can build trust with customers. You will serve as an important connection between homeowners and our service team by providing timely support and helping guide customers through their roofing and home improvement needs. Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online communication channels., • Assist homeowners with questions regarding roofing services, repairs, inspections, and estimates., • Schedule and manage customer appointments with the service team., • Provide accurate information about company services and processes., • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, and service requests., • Record customer details and maintain accurate communication records., • Address customer concerns professionally and help find appropriate solutions., • Forward customer requests to the correct department when needed., • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers., • Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
