Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online communication channels., • Assist homeowners with questions regarding roofing services, repairs, inspections, and estimates., • Schedule and manage customer appointments with the service team., • Provide accurate information about company services and processes., • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, and service requests., • Record customer details and maintain accurate communication records., • Address customer concerns professionally and help find appropriate solutions., • Forward customer requests to the correct department when needed., • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers., • Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
